Membership Application

If you would like to request access to and /or correction of the data retained by us, please e-mail our Chairperson of Membership at membership@mcsfsa.com.

Tick the appropriate box(es). * Mandatory fields that must be completed. Eligibility: A person who was enrolled in Maryknoll Convent School ("MCS") as a student.

at no extra cost for the purpose of Alumni Manager election towards the respective IMCs, subject to verification by the School of eligibility.
Upon receipt of payment, we will notify your membership admission by email or post in about 3 months. You are advised to keep a copy of it as proof of your membership. Ordinary membership expires one year from the date the MCSFSA accepts your application. Annual membership is subject to renewal upon receipt of the annual fee.
